Home Care Remedial Exercises

Working the home care exercises excessively, will not bring you faster and closer to your goal.
Most of the time it will actually aggravate your injury, thus it will delay the arrival to your destination.
Stick to the number that your therapist suggested. Don’t do more and don’t do less.
Give your body at least the same amount of time to heal as you spent getting injured.
